after a crappy motel night sleep and a day of hiking/bouldering in front of me, i wanted some pancakes from The Griddle.  being true to myself, i ordered a short stack of pancakes and they were huge and heavy and tasteless, i was so disappointed, no amount of butter or syrup could resurrect them.  i ordered coffee and had to specifically ask for milk/cream and the sugar jar appeared on the table…
