How I miss Franco's. Every so often I find myself with random Franco's cravings. Fred Daniele and his staff make some of the best pasta dishes I've ever had (and I've had some great pasta in my day), some awesome salads, and great other awesome specialties. I crave their pepperoni bread often. Their emphasis on the best fresh ingredients can be tasted in the food on the plate. I miss my at least…
