Bev closed her excellent restaurant in Oriskany and opened a new restaurant here after buying the classic "RR car" diner.  For aficionados of the diners, modifications haven't helped.  We stumbled on the place late on a Friday and the fish fry was still great.  Menu couldn't be as large and the soup and salad buffet is missing in smaller quarters.  This is mostly a breakfast and lunch place with…
