unbelievably rude staff, told me i needed to pay an extra 7 dollars to cash a check because i didn't have an account. never heard of a policy like that before and i've dealth with a lot of banks. bank of america is not the worst bank by any means it just depends on what location you go to. i suggest driving the extra 3 miles to the broadway branch because it's much better to deal with them.
