When I lived in the COS dorms Pizza Factory was my source of close food, since the dorms don't have a kitchen, and the cafeteria food did not agree with my stomach. The pizza is really good, and for being the only pizza place in town, it was the best. I'd say the best pizza joint in a 30 mile radius. But I hadn't really ventured out too much.
