I'm not even sure where to begin when writing this review.  I worked at this particular Uccello's (the fourth of four) for nearly a year.  When I started I had never served before, and I was horrified by the fact that we did not get trained.  At all.  But, I could get over that.  Especially because the food is amazing.  Other than that I would say that the Wayland location has absolutely no sense…
