We had brunch at the Bread Box on our recent trip to Waterville.  The menu had several tempting offerings.  My wife and I got the lobster omelet, while my daughter got the Eggs Benedict.  The lobster was overdone, but I thought that, overall, it tasted OK, but was a little disappointing; my wife was more critical.  The Eggs Benedict dish was passable, but not great either.  The potatoes were very…
