Great, authentic Vietnamese food.  The service was stellar, our waiter was great, a little wacky, but fun.  We ordered the DYI rice paper wraps and the clay pot fish.  My husband is Vietnamese was very happy with the menu and the variety offered on the menu.  This place was VERY hard to find especially with our GPS, but was definitely worth it.  We felt that Saigon Cafe was a great value for the…
