Uh-oh.  I don't know what happened today, but there must have been a new cook.  My usual favorite dish, the Chicken Porcini Fettuccini, was watery and bland.  My beau ordered his usual favorite dish, the Pollo Parmesan, but the chicken was overcooked and MISSING the parmesan cheese (thus relegating this dish to just Pollo).  Minus one star because of today's lunch fluke.  I'm going to write it off…
