The apartments here are fairly nice. You can tell they were slightly junky before they were refinished as the cupboard floors and little things here and there speak to a rougher past. But overall the carpets are clean, soft and new. Walls don't look like they have 15 layers of paint on them and the insulation is pretty decent.
