Best cashew chicken ever. When I was a kid, we would make the trip all the way up to Springfield to go to this place when it was in a strip mall next to the Cat & Fiddle Club. The Cat & Fiddle is long gone, and Hong Kong Inn moved to a much larger location with a drive through and everything. Excellent. Cheap. No need to bother with any of the other places.
