My fiancee and I stopped here twice while we were at Zion/Springdale based on Yelp reviews.  Between the two of us we tried the carne asada tacos, chipotle chicken enchiladas and stuffed avocado salad and enjoyed them all.  It's easy to miss the place if you blink.  The food isn't cheap but we would highly recommend it if you're in the area.  Most of the seating is outdoors but that's a plus given…
