Ok, I admit, I bought my dress at David's Bridal, but I wish I would have bought it at Blue Garter!!  This mother/daughter run shop has been there a long time!  It is independent, friendly, professional, and welcoming even if they are ready to close.  I tried on some of their dresses and was really in love... but they were designer gowns fit for a big wedding - or at least one with guests to show…
