The best BBQ place in Reno/Sparks, especially for the pulled pork. This is a quite authentic southern BBQ joint, with all the fixin's done right. The sauces are good. The collard greens are delicious. Sweet tea is on tap. Nothing is bad. I am only giving 3 stars instead of 5 because of Carolina's completely baffling opening hours and day closures.
