I spotted a jacket I really wanted at my local Nordstrom Rack, but they did not have it in my size, so they gave me a list of stores that had a few of the item in stock. I called a few of them, and this store not only had it in my size and mailed it to me (for a $10 shipping fee), but everyone I talked to (the operator, floor clerk and checkout clerk) was very nice and helpful on the phone.
