My wife and I ate again at CD Cafe. It was jammed at Sunday lunch, but the waitresses and the kitchen staff were hustling.   She had the goat cheese appetizer as her lunch entree. I had what may have been the best ever crab cake. Gigantic lumps of crab meat sauteed on a grill, not fried.
