When I was down to North Carolina to visit my Dad, we went to Holt Lake for lunch on Saturday.  This was the meal I was looking forward to during the whole trip.  The BBQ is awesome.  The ambiance is fitting for a restaurant off of a country highway that has amazing BBQ.  The price is right and the friendly service makes this place one I look forward to going to.
