Given the limited options available in Sierra Vista this is a unique change of pace from the norm.  The dine in staff was prompt, courteous yet did not hover over  you,  one felt important and appreciated.  I would like to see a more "cozy" environment, I felt that I was in a fish bowl to some degree.
