i'm glad i was able to enjoy some awesome frites before it closed for business.  the collection of sauces was amazing and some i've never even heard of.  i introduced my friends to this place and they enjoyed it as well.  hopefully something like this will open up soon.  seattle should have a euro block that has a frites shop, gelato shop, and a museum of ham all in one block!
