1. Steamtown National Historic Site
TRAINS. ARE. AWESOME. Even if you don't want to pay the $6 per person (certainly reasonable, but can get pricey depending on how many are in your group) you can park and wander around the trainyard and get in some good gawking. We stood about 2 feet from the tracks as a steam engine rolled toward us, belching smoke and steam, whistle blowing. Not an earth-shattering experience, but damn close.…
