I just love floating restaurants. Can't explain it, but there you have it. Marks is one of those places you kind of have to set out to find, and we knew we were going over to Scappoose, so a quick Google search gave them up. Way to go. This place is in McCuddy's Marina, with boats and floating homes nearby. We enjoyed a good meal, great mellow atmosphere, and a perfect afternoon here. Extra star…
