I did a search for restaurants that serve maple syrup. This one came up. So I had to try it. I ordered "the favorite combo" which is a short stack of pancakes, two eggs, and sausage or bacon. The bacon is turkey bacon. The pancakes were light and fluffy and had a slight flavor of vanilla and maybe cinnamon. With the real genuine not fake boiled tree sap, it was heavenly.
