Had to do a follow up because....my dog started having some sort of reaction with her sensitive skin the next day to the normal shampoo they use. I contacted them and they got her back in immediately and re-washed her with oatmeal shampoo and no extra cost. They marked her records to make sure for future visits. Great job guys!
