This place is absolutely lovely. The receptionist (I think her name is Theresa) was courteous, very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. After driving for two hours, being stuck in traffic and getting lost, stepping into the Citizen and being helped by Theresa was seriously a breath of fresh air.
