Mother-of-God! I found some kick ass ribs and some wonderful heated bbq sauce to go with it! It's bit of a drive from Dallas, but it was well worth it.  The meat comes off of the ribs with a slight pull, which is pretty decent. Also, with my Ribs Dinner Plate that I had for LUNCH, came with two sides and some lightly buttered toast. For the sides I had some corn and slaw, none of which were too…
