Spent one night in Taos on my first trip to NM--and it became the highlight of the trip.   While this is a hotel, it has a bed & breakfast feel.  The rooms, from what I can tell, are unique; they are well-decorated and feel comfy.  The staff was nice and helpful, and the mojitos are great.  The reason for the 5 star rating, however, is because of open mic night.  Luckily, the one night we spent…
