Helpful staff, but not 5-star knowledgeable or efficient.   Good facility.  EDIT: Service managers Chris and Anthony/Tony are excellent.  Chris races in his spare time and really knows how to drill down into what you want when you come in to get advice.  PLUS 1 STAR!  The sales department, however, leaves a lot to be desired.
