Very glad to see this restaurant in Pueblo - wonderful food, nice ambience, excellent service. I ordered seared tuna salad at every restaurant that has it and this was the best version I've had in a long, long time (at least since Sunflower in Boulder changed hands well over a year ago). The tuna was exceptionally fresh, truly sushi grade (many say it, few really are), and seared to perfection.…
