Well, they don't do backups at all like they claim they do, and my sites got hacked (how, they couldn't tell me). I lost everything except the databases. Customer support didn't give a damn and sent me form letters about how to prevent sites from getting hacked. Well, if you don't keep the logs how am I supposed to figure it out?.
