This place gets only 4 stars because the service is so slow.  But that is actually more a reflection of the intimate home-style European dining experience that they offer here.  There are only about 7 tables so you must come early with a reservation.  If you do, you won't be disappointed.  There is not much of a menu, only what specials "Ms. Wendy" has russled up on her daily trip to the store.…
