Plymouth is not a destination (unless it's Kielbasa Festival weekend). Had it not been for a construction induced traffic jam on Interstate 81, this review might never have been written. Raub's is a neighborhood bar and restaurant founded in Plymouth in 1924, still going strong today under management of the founder's descendants.
