Thankfully, 99.9% of my banking is done online. I had to actually go into Citibank once...ugh.   I hope I don't have to go again. I gave two stars because at least the teller, when I finally go to her, was pleasant.  So, here is a big bank - long line of customers and two...yes count them...one, two....tellers.   Nuff said!
