I lived at Legends at Chase Oaks from 2001-2003, 2004-2005, and again in 2008.  Yes, I returned twice.  As Samantha A. says, the complex is nice when compared to the others around Plano.  The attached garage is REALLY nice!  During my 3 stays there, I enjoyed it.  Can be a bit noisy over by the 2nd gate due to the businesses, but overall, I never had any noise issues.  The staff was good at their…
