Believe it or not, this place really does get close to New York-style pie. It's thin and foldable. You can taste the oven on the perfectly crisp/soft/chewy crust. If it's not at its freshest, the crust can seem a little tough. In general it's good stuff, though. It's helpful to keep in mind that it's freakin' NY-style pizza outside of NYC.
