I don't bother writing reviews for restaurants under 4 stars.....Frank's is, without a doubt, the most consistently wonderful restaurant in the PI area. The service is just unbelievable: attentive, helpful, and not "at your elbow every minute". The smaller plates are fascinating concoctions. The dinners are always delicious.
