I love Pei Wei, it is a great Chinese food restaurant.  The menu is different in you can order the base that you want, and then put the type of meat you want with it.  Example... if you want Mongolian base... you can add Chicken, Beef or Pork.  I almost ALWAYS go with the Mongolian Beef.  The way they cook it and the flavoring they use is wonderful, and you get your choice of white or brown rice.…
