The real deal. White aprons, serious faces, posters of the Italian national futbol team, maybe even a papal blessing on the wall      The bread is baked on premises.  I usually go for the motzarella (made in-house), basil, prosciutto, sandwich (I think it's called the sicilian, but I could be sbagliato).  Best this side of Hoboken.
