I guess this place has food and drinks, which makes it at least a two, but there isn't anything more than that going for it.  It claims to brandish a great beer selection full of imports, but these are drinks like Dos Equis and Guinness that you can find anywhere, and the food is nothing too impressive either.  It's like a half-step up from an Applebee's, and doesn't deserve to succeed in the face…
