When I asked for milk in my regular coffee, they put STEAMED MILK in it! A dollop of foam to start my day, and I didn't have to pay for espresso! That instantly beats every other coffee shop I've ever been to.  The raspberry muffin was totally good except for how the middle was raw -- like, really raw, like still batter.
