This time I needed a plunger in an emergency situation. Had it in 2 minutes. They even had variety, and the sales guy even gave me a little demo on all; the variety and features. (Not that I would needed tho. :)) They are extremely helpful and polite.  Good for household basics, but if you need something very specialty you might want to call them first.
