Andre's is in the wrong town.  This restaurant is in the same league as many of the restaurants of the same size and cuisine in NYC. I can't stress enough how good this food is.   First off, the setting is prefect. Small, quaint, and comfortable. Perfect for a private party actually.  The service is perfect.
