Haven't experienced many German restaurants, so even though I was there with a true blue German, I'd still come to the conclusion on my own that this was at best an OK dining experience.  By the way, if you visit New Ulm on a Sunday, many of the shops are closed.  Go Saturday instead!  And try Lola's Larkspur across the street and down a block.  We peered in the windows, it looked like a unique…
