There's a reason this place gets all four and five star reviews (except for one). It's the same reason that you'll wait for 10 minutes or more for a table at lunch hour: great food.  The service was very good too; quick and pleasant servers even when every table was full.  Worth a wait for a table at lunch. It's worth a trip back to New Paltz for a breakfast visit too.  Avocados, baby!
