Another pilgrimage for eggplant topped pizza achieved. Delicious. The sauce a bit salty-sweet, with perfectly baked crust and crispy eggplant. On their appetizer menu they list "St. olives" that would be stuffed olives. I asked, what are the olives stuffed with? Asiago cheese. Yum.
