I just completed a 6 restaurant lobster roll marathon in three days so I now consider myself a pseudo expert on the various seafood places along the Connecticut coast. They have a really great lobster salad roll here, light on the mayo and with just the right balance of celery. Lobster is chunky and sweet and the bread is nicely toasted to give it an extra crunch.
