IT'S A ROCK  I'm going to be the contrarian here.  It's just a rock, people.  Yes, the setting is nice.  The fishing boats, the harbor seals... it's all very Cannery Row.  I don't mind visiting here as a quick detour on the way to Cambria, Paso, or Santa Barbara, but I wouldn't exactly plan an entire vaction here.    Unless you're going to spend time on the beach up the road, an hour or two here…
