Tonight I ordered a mootz with sausage. It was cooked and tasted just like Pepe's in New Haven. One observation I frequently see is out-of-staters ordering lots of toppings. IMO, they are doing their tastebuds a disservice because Pepe's pizza is best served with just cheese or one topping. That's it.
