Great restaurant for a small town.  The service here is top notch.  There were no vegetarian items on the menu, but the server suggested some variations to some of the meat dishes to make them vegetarian.  We also requested non spicy for one dish, and the chef blended some tomatoes to create a red sauce with no jalapenos or anything hot.  On a different dish we asked for them to make the camarones…
