The problem I have with Fat Tuna is not the food, or the establishment itself.  It's the location - and the fact that they are the only spot in about a six mile radius.  That means huge crowds during the summer.....forget about getting a spot in their cool enclosed deck.   And extremely tight parking.  This area of Delaware is more of a locals scene - the locals avoid the tourist meccas of…
