5-stars for what it is; a very inexpensive, yet good machine wash with free, unlimited use of their vacuums. You approach the machine where you pay, but there is actually an attendant there to help if it's your first time. Drive through, get a good washing, then pull into a self-service vacuum lane and use the vacuum as long as you need it. I would normally go through a few bucks just in this step…
